Turn Right, Turn Left (by my teamates, P06, History of Arts)

A swing....

One time, in one place, there was a Swing. Every morning, children came to her to play around with her. She felt very touched and very merry whenever she can make the children feel ecstatic. Then most of the people also thought that she was very euphoric because there were many children accompanying her.

Despite this fact, people were very, very wrong. Indeed, she was not really happy deep down in her heart. People only saw the bright side when she was playing with the children. No one cared or thought for her how she would feel when all children left and abandoned her when they had enough fun of her at the end of the day, how abyss her loneliness grew.

As the sun set and the darkness overwhelmed the whole world, she had to be aloof outside in the dark. People thought that she was dancing accordingly to the euphonious music of the swaying wind when she was really trembling with fear.

In the rain, there was starkly no one else around it and loneliness was the only one lurking there to endure the emptiness that she felt inside. No single soul or shadow was present. There was no one to empathize or care for how she was really suffocating with all the excruciating pains at the bottom of her heart. No one knew she was actually crying because all her disguised tears trickled down together with raindrops onto the mother earth.

Even though she was feeling very lachrymose and solitary in her heart, she was still making her best to entertain the children. She loves to see the children smile because of her. Knowing that the children will leave her alone when the darkness falls again, she just satiated herself with the smiles blossoming on the children’s jubilant face under the bright sunshine.
